8/4/1998: Gripshover: They never return calls, have sent them quotes and have gotten no response.   Their motto is "People Helping People"  I think they are the one's who need help.

                                                                 --Name Withheld by Request.

8/19/1998: I learned about James Gripshover through the DCFI course. He came across so sincere and indicated he wanted to help. However I have had absolutely no good experiences with him. He has not ever returned my calls or fax. It is my impression he only wants to hear from you if you can make him money. I have talked with other brokers and funding sources that have had similar experiences.                                            --Name Withheld by request.

8/20/1998: I gave a note to James Gripshover and he put it on America's Note Network. When he said he couldn't sell it, we shopped it elsewhere (Chaminade Capital). They said they had seen the note 20 times.  I even got a call from a note seller who said he had a note, that turned out to be my note. He said Gripshover gave him the note. Amazing, my own note came back to me.--Jon Richards (415) 824 1864.

11/5/00: Gripshover: This guy's a character. He like the platitudes of "people helping people" but lies, I think, about his expertise. He seems to just enjoy being "the Man". Be careful in dealing with him.             Sam Wong Atlantic Mortgage sammyw123@aol.com

12/5/02: Gripshover: I met him at Cash Flow 2002. He came off very sincere and suggested he was a major player in simultaneous commercial deals. I have called him 20+ times. He has NEVER returned my call!  Al Mantini, dman@mciworld.com

7/27/1998: Jonic Financial: Quick note to Sara Jonic to thank you for assisting me with the sale of the 2nd trust note in VA. The process was extremely simple and the pricing was extremely competitive.                                  --Jeff Cooper 301-431-1222

7/29/1999:   Sara Jonic is a great asset to the discount mortgage industry.         I recommend her and her company very highly.            --David Bowden 561-771-9541.

R & P Capital: 800-338-5815 . We deal with Joe Pepitone. He always returns phone calls and faxes, they come up with competitive bids and they are very helpful. He let's you know up front if there are problems. If they don't want to handle a deal, they even refer others who might be interested! It's a pleasure dealing with these guys. They handle all kinds of hassles professionally. Oh, and they PAY on time too! GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE.  mtm_note@yahoo.com

Settlement Capital: 9.12.98: Quick answer to my questions and good people, in my opinion.                                                              --Hermen Wong, East Lansing,

4/14/2003: Security Financial (Business Note Buyer): I found their response excellent. Within 30 minutes of submitting the online application Byron Ruda contacted me with an excellent quote on my note. And John Loughmiller was very instrumental and helpful in closing the deal. His willingness to share information was great especially since this was my first note deal!!! Both Byron and John are very kind and gentle with new brokers...kudos to both and their secretary Linda, who was also very helpful!!! Security Financial was very responsive, always returns emails and telephone calls. It was truly a great experience for a new note broker...
